The roots of Dan & Sons trace back to Dan & Co, founded by C S Daniel, a veteran of the Indian capital markets and a founder member of the Cochin Stock Exchange. With nearly 40 years of experience in stock market operations, investor services and corporate compliance, Dan & Co build a reputation for integrity and deep regulatory knowledge. Over the years, many investors approached us with a recurring problem: Lost share certificates. Unclaimed dividends, Shares transferred to IEPF and Assets stuck due to legal complications. To create a dedicated platform for this service we established: Dan & Sons Private Limited on 18 April 2022 as a specialized entity focused entirely on financial asset recovery and investor assistance. Today, Dan & Sons operates as a dedicated recovery and advisory firm assisting clients across Kerala and throughout India.
